Greetings all –
I am excited to announce the return of the CSU Extension’s Backyard Food Production Series for 2016! After a one-year hiatus we are back with a fantastic lineup of speakers – Extension Agents, farmers, gardeners, and other experts in their respective fields – and topics that will assure a bigger and better garden!
This series of 12 evening classes is designed to help you grow and preserve more food for you and your family. Learn how to grow your own food – from design and seed starting, to harvest, storage, and preservation. The class is held throughout the food production season, starting in May and ending in September.
Space is limited, so please RSVP as soon as possible. This will allow us to plan the folders and accommodations.
